Bloqu Terms of Use

These terms apply to the mobile game Bloqu (iOS and Android), made by Alipaşa Karataş (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing Bloqu you agree to them. On iOS, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

  1. Licence. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Bloqu on devices you own or control. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the game.
  2. Purchases. In-app purchases are sold and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms; refunds are handled by them. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency.
  3. Virtual items. Coins, themes, boosters and other in-game items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are a licence to use content inside the game only. Consumable items (coins, Starter Pack) are not restored on a new device; non-consumables (Remove Ads, themes) can be restored with Settings > Restore purchases.
  4. Remove Ads. Removes interstitial ads shown between levels. Optional reward videos you choose to watch stay available.
  5. Leaderboards and nicknames. Nicknames are public. Do not use offensive, misleading or personal names. We may reset scores or nicknames that break these rules or that come from cheating, modified apps or automated play, without compensation.
  6. Fair play. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with the game or its servers.
  7. Availability. The game is provided “as is”. We may change, update or discontinue features (including leaderboards and events) at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of progress or virtual items.
  8. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy (Türkçe).
  9. Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play means you accept the update.
  10. Law. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

Bloqu Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar Alipaşa Karataş tarafından geliştirilen Bloqu mobil oyunu (iOS ve Android) için geçerlidir. Bloqu’yu indirerek veya oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. iOS’ta Apple’ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir.

  1. Lisans. Bloqu’yu sahip olduğun veya kullandığın cihazlarda oynaman için kişisel, devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Oyunu kopyalama, değiştirme, tersine mühendislik yapma, satma veya dağıtma.
  2. Satın almalar. Uygulama içi satın almalar Apple (App Store) veya Google (Google Play) tarafından kendi koşullarıyla satılır ve işlenir; iadeleri onlar yürütür. Fiyatlar mağazada yerel para biriminle gösterilir.
  3. Sanal öğeler. Jetonlar, temalar, jokerler ve diğer oyun içi öğelerin parasal değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez; yalnızca oyun içinde kullanım lisansıdır. Tüketilen öğeler (jetonlar, Başlangıç Paketi) yeni bir cihazda geri gelmez; kalıcı öğeler (Reklamları Kaldır, temalar) Ayarlar > Satın alımları geri yükle ile geri yüklenebilir.
  4. Reklamları Kaldır. Bölüm aralarındaki reklamları kaldırır. Kendi seçtiğin ödüllü videolar kullanılabilir kalır.
  5. Sıralamalar ve takma adlar. Takma adlar herkese açıktır. Kaba, yanıltıcı veya kişisel bilgi içeren adlar kullanma. Bu kurallara aykırı ya da hile, değiştirilmiş uygulama veya otomatik oyunla elde edilen skorları ve takma adları karşılıksız sıfırlayabiliriz.
  6. Adil oyun. Hile yapma, hatalardan faydalanma, oyuna veya sunucularına müdahale etme.
  7. Hizmet. Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Özellikleri (sıralamalar ve etkinlikler dahil) dilediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir, güncelleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı kayıplardan, ilerleme veya sanal öğe kaybından sorumlu değiliz.
  8. Gizlilik. Gizlilik Politikası (English).
  9. Değişiklikler. Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; yukarıdaki tarih son sürümü gösterir. Oynamaya devam etmen güncellemeyi kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
  10. Hukuk. Bu koşullar, yaşadığın ülkenin hukukunun sana tanıdığı tüketici haklarını sınırlamaz.
